The Investment Strategy
- Acquired in 2011 by the ECE European Prime Shopping Centre Fund I
- The sector and tenant mix has been optimised through over 100 leasing transactions including over 40 retailers newly introduced to the centre
- Several units have been “right sized” and shop locations in the centre have been optimised
- The foodcourt has been comprehensively refurbished, increasing customer draw and dwell times
- Transferred to the ECE Progressive Income Growth Fund in 2019
