The Centre
Marstall is a state-of-the-art inner-city shopping centre located in the Stuttgart metropolitan area, one of the most prosperous economic regions in Germany.
Following a full-scale re-development and revitalisation, Marstall re-opened its doors to the public in September 2015 with 100% occupancy and a strong branch and tenant mix. Due to its prime inner-city location and excellent accessibility, the centre attracts a large catchment (600,000 inhabitants).
